After-Sales Policy:
As dolls are personal items, we do not accept returns or exchanges without cause due to hygiene and customization considerations. Customers must thoroughly inquire about product design principles, construction, and materials before purchase. Failure to consult shall be deemed as full acknowledgment of these details.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery. Once unsealed or used, we cannot accept returns. Used products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
(1) Quality issues include:
1. Frame fractures rendering the product unusable (excluding fractures of finger or toe bones).
2. Irreparable cosmetic damage caused by manufacturing errors.
Resolution for Quality Issues:
1. Based on the customer's submitted actual photos of the broken skeleton (Photo requirements: Cut open the packaging material to clearly show the broken skeleton), we will compensate the customer with one replacement doll of the same model. We will cover the shipping costs.
(2) Non-quality issues:
1. Odor Concerns: TPE is a composite material that may emit a slight odor during normal manufacturing processes, which does not constitute a quality defect. All raw materials used by the manufacturer are safe and non-toxic, ensuring customer safety. If customers remain concerned about odor, the manufacturer can provide free sample blocks for customers to assess the scent beforehand. This website and the manufacturer will not cover shipping costs for such samples.
2. Design Concerns: Product aesthetics are subjective and vary by individual. The manufacturer's designs are based on extensive real human data collection to achieve lifelike realism. Therefore, product design rationality does not constitute grounds for return.
3. Discrepancy Between Received Goods and Customer Expectations: Before shipment, we take actual photos using a phone/camera. Goods are dispatched only after customer confirmation of satisfaction.
⚠️ Promotional images are for reference only (visual discrepancies may occur due to variations in location, lighting, and angle). Actual product may vary.
4. Products damaged beyond repair due to excessive use: Damage resulting from improper use, such as material fractures or normal wear and tear that cannot be repaired, does not constitute a quality issue. If minor fractures occur during use due to improper handling and can be repaired with adhesive, please contact our sales customer service. We provide 1-2 bottles of repair adhesive free of charge per order (depending on the extent of damage), but we do not cover shipping costs.
5. Additional functions such as heating, sound effects, suction, waist movement, and head movement may sustain damage during transportation due to vibration or improper use. Once these functions are damaged, return-to-factory repair services will not be provided due to high associated costs. If any of the above electric functions become damaged but do not affect the doll's overall usability, we will refund the customer the additional fee charged for that specific function. Customers are advised to thoroughly understand the principles and functions of these electric features before purchase to avoid post-sale disputes.
6. TPE and silicone materials are prone to staining. Discoloration caused by wearing dark clothing or other factors does not constitute a quality defect. If staining occurs, please contact sales customer service. The manufacturer provides 1-2 bottles of decolorizing cream free of charge per order (depending on staining severity). This website and the manufacturer do not cover shipping costs.
7. If a customer requests a return and refund before shipment due to personal reasons such as not wanting to wait, we regret that a full refund cannot be provided. The customer will be responsible for any losses incurred, including return shipping costs and other associated expenses. This product is highly customized. If an order is canceled after placement due to customer preference, we may struggle to find a replacement buyer. Therefore, for completed but undelivered production orders, customers must compensate for labor and storage costs: TPE Dolls: $80 USD per unit Silicone Dolls: $130 USD per unit
8. The manufacturing process involves joining two mold halves, resulting in a mold line. This mold line is a natural byproduct of the production technique and does not constitute a quality defect.
9. For shipping damage: If customers discover breakage or missing items upon unpacking, they must provide photographic evidence of damaged outer packaging, missing items, or product damage.
(3) The obligation to explicitly issue the following disclaimer to customers:
1. Under normal usage conditions, the product warranty period is 6 months (excluding the electric components of robot dolls). Beyond the warranty period, we provide online consultation support, with any resulting service costs borne by the customer.
2. Due to the nature of adult products, use by individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
3. Store the product securely after purchase, keeping it out of children's reach. We assume no responsibility for consequences resulting from improper storage or accidental access by children.
4. Public display of the product in a nude state is strictly prohibited. Customers bear full responsibility for any adverse consequences arising from such actions, and we shall not be held liable.
5. This product is a personal item. We assume no responsibility for disease transmission or other health and safety issues arising from unauthorized resale or transfer.
6. The heads and bodies of all manufacturer products are created through the sculptor's free artistic expression and do not infringe upon any individual's likeness. Any resemblance to real persons is purely coincidental.
7. Do not discard the product in public places.
8. We are not responsible for any accidents or damages resulting from improper use of electronic components such as sound or heating functions.
9. Any costs incurred due to customer-initiated modifications shall be borne by the customer.
